Yes. If you have an idea, model, sketch, image or existing 3D file, you can send us the details through our Custom Printing page and we can review the job and provide a quote.

Our quote form accepts common 3D and reference files including STL, 3MF, OBJ, JPG, PNG and PDF. If you are unsure whether your file is suitable, send it through and we can take a look.

You can still contact us with a picture, sketch, dimensions or description of what you need. Whether we can proceed will depend on the project and how much design work is required.

Turnaround varies depending on the size of the model, material, quantity, print time and current workload. We will give you a better idea of timing when we review your quote request.

Where personalisation is available, the product page or shop selection will show a text field or available options. For something more specific, use the custom-printing form and describe what you would like.

We work with a range of 3D printing materials depending on the job and what is currently available. You can compare common materials such as PLA, PLA+, PETG, TPU, ABS, ASA, Nylon and specialty filaments in our Materials Guide.

It depends on what the part needs to do. PLA is great for many everyday and decorative prints, PETG is useful for tougher functional parts, TPU is flexible, and ASA is better suited to many outdoor uses. Our Materials Guide gives a simple comparison, or you can contact us for help.

Yes. Our Filament Shop is separate from the normal product shop, but both stores use the same shared cart and checkout.

Yes. Products from the normal Shop and the Filament Shop can be added to the same shared cart and paid for together in one checkout.

Products with stock tracking enabled show their current availability in the store. If something is sold out, it may not be available to purchase until it is restocked.

Online card payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. The final amount shown at checkout includes the products, any applicable discount and the selected delivery option.

Yes. Orders can be issued with a formal invoice. If you need a copy after ordering, contact us with your order number.

Yes, where pickup is available at checkout it is free. Please wait until you receive a Ready for Pickup notification before collecting your order.

Our current standard flat rates are $10 AUD for Standard postage and $15 AUD for Express postage. Eligible orders over $75 AUD can receive free Standard postage. If a live or different delivery rate is presented at checkout, the checkout amount applies to that order.

Free Standard postage is available on eligible orders over $75 AUD. Express postage remains a paid option.

If tracking is available for your order, we can send a Posted / Tracking email after dispatch with the tracking details.

Yes. Depending on the order, you may receive an order confirmation, a Ready for Pickup email, or a Posted / Tracking email.

Contact us with your order number and details of the problem. Photos are helpful for physical damage. Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, refund or another solution. See our Shipping & Returns page for more information.

We do not automatically offer change-of-mind refunds. Standard unused items may be considered case by case, while custom or personalised items may not be returnable simply because you changed your mind once production has started. This does not remove any rights you may have for faulty or non-compliant goods.

FDM 3D printing builds objects one layer at a time, so visible layer lines, seams and small support marks can be normal characteristics of the manufacturing process. These are not necessarily defects.

You should only provide designs, logos, images or models that you have the right or permission to use. We may also decline a print request if we cannot produce it safely, accurately, lawfully or within the required specifications.
