Privacy Policy

A plain-English explanation of the information we may collect and how it is used when you contact us, request a quote or place an order.

Last updated: 19 September 2026

What information we may collect

When you use our website, request a quote or place an order, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, delivery details, order details, product selections, personalisation instructions and messages you send us.

For custom-printing enquiries, you may also provide files such as STL, 3MF, OBJ, images or documents so we can review or produce your requested item.

Payments

Online card payments are processed using Stripe Checkout. We do not need to store your full card number or card security code in our shop order records. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy and security practices.

How we use information

  • to prepare quotes and answer enquiries
  • to process, make and fulfil orders
  • to arrange pickup or delivery
  • to send order confirmations, pickup notices and tracking updates
  • to provide customer support and deal with problems
  • to maintain business, accounting and order records
  • to protect the website and detect misuse or fraud

Who information may be shared with

We may share information where reasonably necessary with service providers involved in running the business, such as payment processors, hosting providers and delivery carriers. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.

We do not sell customer contact details as a product.

Uploaded custom-print files

Files supplied for a quote or custom print are used to assess, quote and complete the requested work. Because some projects may contain private or commercially sensitive designs, we aim to limit access to people who need the files for the job.

Website services

Our website may use third-party services that process technical information needed to provide their features. This can include Stripe for payments, Google services for reviews or anti-spam protection, and hosting infrastructure used to deliver the website.

Storage, access and corrections

We take reasonable steps to protect information held by the business. No online system can guarantee absolute security. If you want to ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern, contact us using the details below. Some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or business record-keeping purposes.

Australian privacy law

Whether the Privacy Act 1988 applies to a particular small business depends on matters including annual turnover and the type of activities the business carries on. This policy describes our intended handling practices regardless of whether every Australian Privacy Principle applies to us in a particular circumstance.

Saved carts

If you choose to save your cart, we store the email address you provide, your optional name and the contents of that cart so we can send you the private recovery link. If you choose the reminder option, we may send one saved-cart reminder. Saved-cart information expires after 30 days and is not automatically added to a marketing mailing list.

Newsletter and order tracking

If you join our newsletter, we store the name and email you provide, your consent status and subscription/unsubscribe timestamps. Website signups only become active after email confirmation.

The public order-tracking page requires both an order number and the matching customer email before order information is displayed.

Customer Account

The Customer Account uses passwordless email authentication. When you request access, we create a short-lived one-time sign-in token and email the secure link to the address you provide. The raw sign-in token is not stored on the server; only a one-way hash is stored for validation. Sign-in requests and security timestamps may be retained temporarily to prevent abuse.

After sign-in, the portal shows records associated with the verified email address, which may include orders, invoices, quotes, saved carts and custom-printing history. Profile changes update the customer record used for future administration and do not rewrite historical paid orders or invoices.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to help understand how visitors use our website, such as pages viewed and interactions with the site. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and process technical information about visits. This information helps us improve the website and understand which parts of the site are useful to customers.
