Terms & Conditions

The basic terms that apply when purchasing products or requesting custom 3D printing through our website.

Last updated: 19 September 2026

About these terms

These terms apply to purchases and custom-printing requests made through the Barossa 3D Printing website. By placing an order or accepting a custom quote, you agree to the terms that apply to that transaction.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Prices and payment

Website prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. The final amount presented at checkout includes the selected products, applicable discounts and the delivery option chosen for the order. Online checkout payments are processed through Stripe.

Product information

We try to keep product descriptions, photos, colours, dimensions, stock information and material information accurate. Minor differences can occur due to screen settings, filament batches, print orientation, layer lines and the nature of 3D printing.

3D printed products

FDM 3D printed products are manufactured layer by layer. Visible layer lines, seams, small support marks and minor surface variations can be normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and are not necessarily defects.

Custom printing

Custom jobs may require assessment before we can confirm price, material, colour, quantity and timing. A quote is based on the information and files supplied at the time. If the requested work changes, a revised quote may be required.

We may decline a print request where we reasonably believe we cannot produce it safely, accurately, lawfully or within the required specifications.

Customer-supplied files and designs

When you provide a design, model, logo, image or other content for printing, you confirm that you have the right or permission to use it for the requested purpose. You remain responsible for ensuring your supplied content does not infringe another person's intellectual-property or other legal rights.

Orders and availability

An order may be affected by stock availability, production issues, pricing errors or circumstances that make fulfilment impractical. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate outcome, which may include a refund where applicable.

Pickup, postage, returns and refunds

Our current delivery, pickup and returns information is set out on the Shipping & Returns page.
